The First Nations Childhood Immunization Project (FINCH) is a partnership project between the Aimm research team at the University of Alberta and Maskwacis Health Services. FINCH seeks to understand the uniqueness of the immunization experience for members of First Nations communities, as well as how historical and cultural factors may act as barriers or supports to vaccine uptake. The aim is to improve immunization services for children and families in First Nations communities.
